"The ride felt safe overall, at least..."
The ride felt safe overall, at least from my experience. The only thing was the seats, which felt a bit cramped to me, so comfort was just okay.

"Right on time both ways"
I booked a ride to the airport and they showed up exactly when they said they would. The driver was already outside a few minutes early, which made things a lot less stressful. The ride back was just as smooth, with no waiting around. It was easy, on time, and that is really all I needed.

"Got Me to the Airport Without the Stress"
My driver was great and clearly knew the area well. Traffic was starting to build up, but they took a quicker route that made sense and got me to the airport with time to spare. No strange detours or anything, just a smooth, straightforward ride. it’s nice when someone does the decent thing and helps make a stressful trip a little easier.

For the price, I feel like this ride was totally worth it. It did what I needed, didn’t feel like I overpaid, and I left feeling happy with the whole experience. Sometimes it’s just nice to get good value without any regret

Booking was way easier than I expected. It took maybe two minutes, and I appreciated little things like the buttons being clear and not having to re-enter the same info twice. I was done before my coffee even cooled down.

"good updates the whole way"
i used Airport Express Inc for a ride to the airport and it all went really smoothly. what stood out to me was the communication, since they kept me posted and i never felt like i was wondering where the driver was.
they sent a text with the trip details and another update before pickup. super simple, easy, and stress-free. i’d definitely use them again.

"Canceling was easy, but the refund tested my patience"
I had to cancel my ride, that part was straightforward. No real confusion there. The refund did come through eventually, but it took longer than I thought it should, and I ended up having to email them once to check on it. I’m not the most patient person with this kind of stuff, so waiting around was annoying, but it did get sorted in the end.
